Explore Becoming Catholic Through RCIA

Thinking about becoming Catholic?
Do you have questions about Jesus, Christianity, or the Catholic faith?

The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) is a chance to allow God to talk to you, personally, and encounter His love for you. RCIA is the Catholic Church's program for guiding people in their journey into the Body of Christ, the Church. Instruction includes chances to learn about prayer and opportunities that encourage spiritual habits such as reading the Scriptures. It is not just a class where one learns facts about God, but an encounter with God and a discernment process culminating in receiving the sacraments.

At Sts. Martha, Mary and Lazarus Parish, Returning Catholics are encouraged to come and be spiritually nourished and guided through the program by caring, supportive long-standing catholic parishioners who have been trained and certified to help you become Catholic.

For more information regarding RCIA at Sts. Martha, Mary and Lazarus Parish please call our Parish office at (773) 779-5151.
